It had its active role in executing various turnkey projects pertaining to electricity distribution in different areas of Allahabad city in the state of Uttar Pradesh. UPT was endowed with the responsibility of planning, designing, erection, installation and maintenance of transformers with a sharp focus on achieving “zero-tolerance for electricity loss in distribution process”.

Since over 35 years of its operations, UPT has emerged as a premier transformer manufacturer for all single phase transformers and 3-phase transformers. UPT manufactured transformers have been widely acclaimed for their performance with the quality being tested and verified by Central Power Research Institute (CPRI), Bhopal, ERDA, Vadodara and comply the Indian Standards as per BEE.
